Physical Education - Grades 7-12: The aim of physical education is to develop and educate students to their fullest capacities physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally.  To obtain these goals, we allow the student to participate in a wide range of physical activities. (Full year, .5 credit, A/C or B/D day course)

L.I.F.E (Lifelong, Individual, Fitness, Education) - Grades 9-12:  LIFE replaces the traditional PE program with a focus on developing individual wellness instead of team games such as football, soccer, softball, volleyball, and basketball. LIFE will focus on activities that are more individualized like; yoga, cross fit, p90x, Zumba, weight training, and much more. This course will also have a focus on nutrition. Throughout the year students will learn what foods are needed to promote a healthy diet and lifestyle. (Full year, .5 credit, A/C or B/D day course)
